Thank you for your time and interest in Spiral Tours! We hope to see your child accompanying us on one of our student group tours in the future. We understand that for many of you this will be the first time that your son or daughter have traveled on their own, and we would like to take this opportunity to assure you of the quality of our services and to address any concerns that you may have.

Spiral Tours is an officially licensed travel agency from the province of Québec. Our account is monitored regularly from the Québec Office of Consumer Protection (OPC), and we are required by law to pay a percentage of the value of the trip from each passenger to the OPC fund. This means that in case of closing of the agency or an emergency, your payments are 100% protected whether you reside in or outside the province of Québec.

We are also partners with RBC Insurance. We offer their products when issuing a package outside of Canada. Your child is not obliged to take an insurance policy with us, but we strongly suggest that your child possesses some form of insurance policy when traveling abroad to protect them from any unexpected situations.

Our Spiral Tours staff at the destination and on the bus is professional and courteous. Our staff also provides a supervision and security of the students at destination. We offer an emergency number that your child can use at destination 24 hours a day. It is important to note that that our staff is not there to chaperone your child, and therefore is not responsible for disciplinary actions against the student for any inappropriate behavior - It is the role of the parents to inform their child concerning the code of conduct.
